Security Services Provided At The Show.
Standard 8 foot tables are available at a cost of $25.00 per table or 3 tables for $65.00,
5 for $100.00 and $20.00 each additional thereafter. Tables are $35.00 each day of show.
Exhibitor Setup 8:00am till 10:00am The Day Of The Show.
Electricity is available at no cost to you. Please bring your own extention cords.
You must display your Refund/Return Policy within the customers view.
Out of state exhibitors are required to have a valid Kentucky Transportation Permit
to enter the state with live animals. If you need help obtain the permit please contact us
within 7 days of expo date. The permit is available for purchase online, click on the
link at the top of this page.
If you are interested in vending please contact us within 7 days of said expo date.

First time vendors are asked to prepay for their tables within 3 days of said expo.
Returning vendors may pay for their tables the day of the expo by 1:00pm.
No venomous reptiles or endangered and/or protected species allowed in the expo.
All animals must be properly contained.
Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to have care sheets available for said animals sold.
Care sheets are to include proper care techniques for that species,
the maximum size attained and lifespan.
