The Expo Is Held At The Lexington Convention Center
430 W. Vine St. Lexington, KY 40507
In The Heritage Ballroom 6534 sq. ft.
ATM machine & wifi is available
in the food court.
Standard 8 foot tables are available at a cost of $20.00 per table or 3 tables for $50.00,
each additional will be $15.00 each. Tables are $30.00 each day of show.
(In 2011 table fees will increase to $25.00 per table, 3 for $65.00, 5 for $100.00 and $20.00 each thereafter.)
If you would like to provide your own tables/chairs
please contact us for space rental fee.
Exhibitor Setup At 7:00am The Day Of The Show.
Electricity is available at no cost to you. Please bring your own extention cords.
No outside food or drinks allowed, food and drinks
are sold on location at the food court.
Out of state exhibitors are required to have a valid Kentucky Transportation Permit
to enter the state with live animals. A copy must be filed with LRE.
If you are interested in vending please contact us within 7 days of said expo date.

All tables booked must have a deposit paid in advance unless other arrangments have been made.
No venomous, native and or endangered species are allowed in the expo.
All animals must be properly contained.
We encourage all exhibitors to have care sheets available for the animals sold.
If you are interested in becoming a exhibitors please call or email us. We will
email/mail or fax a vendor packet to you. The vendor agreement in the packet
must be filled out/signed and returned within 7 days of said expo.
"Vendor Loyalty" not needed at the LRE.
